Know Before You Go for Kidzania Dubai Tickets
Must Know
Pets are not allowed inside KidZania.
Parents or guardians must not leave their child alone in the queue or anywhere outside KidZania.
Child must be accompanied by the adults at all times.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside KidZania.
Re-admission into KidZania is not allowed. Once admitted inside KidZania, children cannot exit temporarily.
Valid ID proof is required for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
Everyone from babies to senior citizens can visit KidZania, but most activities are suited to children aged 4-16. Children below 120cm must be accompanied by an adult.
If visiting with a toddler and a child, you can take your toddler to the Fun First Nursery, while you accompany your older child around KidZania (additional costs apply).

Kidzania Dubai Tickets Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 1 days or more before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

How to reach Kidzania Dubai:
- By Metro: Take the metro to Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall station. Upon arrival at the station, head out to the main road. There is a feeder bus that goes from the station to the mall every 15 mins. Alternatively, the mall is a 15-min walk from the station via the air-conditioned Metro Link Bridge.
- By Car: If you plan to drive to The Dubai Mall from the center of Dubai, take the first interchange and proceed through Financial Centre Road (formerly Doha Street). You will see the road to The Dubai Mall on the right-hand side.
