Things to carry
Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passports as a proof of identity.
Check in 1 hour before your time slot to avoid missing your session.
Only visitors within the weight range of 15 kg to 115 kg can participate. If you exceed this weight, permission for participation is at the instructor's discretion.
The activity is not recommended for pregnant women and visitors with injuries or chronic diseases.
Wear comfortable sportswear without a collar as a flight suit will be provided to put on over your clothes.
Guests over 6.5 feet of height cannot participate in this activity.
It is mandatory to wear safety equipment provided by the staff.
Participants (aged over 17) need to sign a waiver form. Minors (3-17 years) require a parent or guardian's signature for the same.
All participants must undergo a safety briefing.

Clymb Abu Dhabi Tickets Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation are made 7 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Visiting the clymb was truly one of the best and most unique experiences I had while visiting Abu Dhabi. All of the obstacles are very cleverly planned and were super fun to conquer. The Clymb also has the largest wall in the world which was definitely worth a visit
